All of our beef is bred and grown across the Burnett, offering the finest grass fed and finished, grain-free, hormone-free, no bullshit beef our region has to offer.

Our quarter share packs are a side of beef that has been carefully cut into a array of cuts and divided into the quarter packs. These cuts include- Osso Bucco, Chuck, Mince, Snags, Diced, Variety of Steaks, Roasts and Corned.

Prices are based of the DRESSED WEIGHT of the animal
